There were rumors last year about their alleged closeness. However, at that time both of them were happy in their relationships. Now, they are single and reviving their love for each other without any guilt. Some of the close friends of Ranbir and Katrina disclosed they are more than friends and now it has become very difficult to hide their love for each other.

Ranbir and Katrina started meeting each other, and started exchanging love messages and phone calls the moment Ranbir’s break-up news was out in the public. Katrina Kaif claims that she is just good friends with Salman, and they have moved on in their respective life. However, Ranbir is madly in love with Katrina and does not want to hide his feelings for her.
A close source of Ranbir revealed that he has been much tensed about Katrina,s illness. He keeps on calling her just to make sure, if she is ok, he also advices her to take rest and slow down the work. He has also assured Katrinas family in London that he will be taking care of her. Katrina pays a regular visit to the Kapoor house. Since, Ranbir is very close to his mom and wants her approval for his love. Salman has fallen in love again, but this time its horses. Salman Khan has always been very fond of pet dogs and was completely devastated, when his two dogs died MySon and MyJaan. Sallu has another pair of dogs MyLove and Saint for his Panvel Farmhouse. Except for dogs Salman has suddenly developed interest for horses, this happened on the sets of Veer. He has also decided to buy a couple of horses for his farmhouse. He also has an animal farm on his Panvel property.

A close source to Salman says, “Salman has grown up with animals around as his dad Salim Khan would have cows and other farm animals at their Panvel land. While shooting for Veer, Salman started taking care of the horses he was working with, as part of the bonding process. He also made special arrangements for their stay and food and made sure that none of the animal suffered while filming. After the shoot, every evening, he and ad man Bharat Dabholkar would go riding. Now Salman loves horses so much that he is planning to buy two. He is contacted all the best horse dealers in the country and will finalize a deal soon.”

When asked Salman about the news he says. “My love for horses has grown a lot especially after the shooting of Veer. In fact now I have decided to buy two horses for my farmhouse.” On the sets of Veer, Laxmi was Salman’s favorite horse. He says, “I was so attached to Laxmi that I must have fed her more biscuits than I have eaten in my entire life! We had the poor villagers all around while shooting who would not get proper water etc and here I had horse-eating biscuits all the time. But I made sure huge biscuit packets also came for the all children there.”

On an occasion Salman had to narrate about his favorite horse he said, “In between shooting for Veer, Laxmi was shooting on some other film when she fell into a pond and nearly died. After healing, she came back to shoot with me for Veer. This time she was scared and shy, especially with strangers, and it took a lot of effort to get rid of her fear. By the time we were done with the shoot of the film, everybody had become so attached to their horses that we used to talk to them more than with each other!”

One of the leading men in Bollywood, Akshay Kumar is planning to make a cross-cultural film on Canada with their favorite sport ice hockey, as the main theme of the movie. He decided this when he ran for the Winter Olympic Torch Relay in minus eight degrees.

Akshay says,”I love hockey, and am in the processing making this film. I will start work on it next year.” Ice hockey is a very famous game in Canada and he wants to show that how this game has closed all the cultural gaps between people. He is also keen on making a Punjabi movie. He says, “I am a Punjabi and I love the language. I have just done a small role in a Punjabi film, and I won’t rule out any film in the future.”

This bollwood star also has a house in Canada with a permanent residence status, said “Canada is like a second home to me. I love Canada. Though the weather here is cold, people are very warm.” Akshay’s connection with Canada is very old. He came to Canada in 1995 and since then he is in Love with Canada.

He says, “seven-eight of my films have been shot in Toronto and Vancouver, and six of them have done very well. So I have special connections with this country.” He also mentioned that the people in Canada were very helpful, when he got his father there for medical treatment there.

Akshay thanks everyone in Canada for inviting him and giving him the privilege for carrying the Olympic Torch. He says, “It is a dream come true. I am honored and privileged to have been selected as an official torchbearer for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic torch relay. I would like to thank Canadians for this honor and recognition.”

Akshay is very happy that Toronto is hosting the Bollywood Oscars in 2012. “I am very happy that the event is coming to Toronto. It will be a great honor for Canada,” he said. Although Akki is not very pleased with his movies this year he said, “this year three to four films did not do well.”

Aishwarya Rai Bachan is using ignore and walk policy these days. A few days ago, Salman Khan and Aish crossed each other. This incident took place at the Mehboob Studio Salman was shooting there for Veer’s promo, which is releasing next year. Aishwarya was also shooting in the same studio for her upcoming movie Guzaarish by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

According to the people present there, Salman just came out of his car and was speaking over the phone with a pleasant smile. However, his smile disappeared as soon as he saw Aishwarya step out of her car and walk towards her van. Aish entered her van immediately, so the onlookers could not see her reaction. However, Salman’s uneasiness was visible.

According to the sources in the studio, they stopped for a moment, looked into each other’s eyes and walked away immediately. The source also said that after the incident Salman was not in the mood to shoot, but could not get away with it. the source also mentioned, “though he walked in talking on the phone with a smile, after coming face-to-face with Aishwarya he did not utter a single word, except when he was facing the camera.”

Deepika and Ranbir caught Together

Deepika Padukone was seen having dinner with Ranbir Kapoor in a five star hotel in Worli, Mumbai. They both stepped out of the hotel and went in a car together. This is their first public appearance after their break-up.

They first occasion when the met each other was at an event held by Bhavan Pandey. A source says, “Ranbir and Deepika arrived separately for the party. They were cordial at the bash. It was the first time they were spotted together after they parted their ways. They took everyone by surprise when they left the venue together.” The observers were surprised to see them go together in Ranbir’s car.

Deepika and Ranbir were both unavailable for comments in this matter. Maybe they are trying to work out their differences.

The famous Bollywood photographer Dabboo Ratnani’s annual 2010 calendar is out. This is the 11th year where he has captured all the top celebrities for his trademark calendar. The calendar this year will have a black-and-white theme.

Deepika Padukone’s picture looks like she is not wearing anything, since all the body parts you see are bare. Dabboo Ratnani says, “I wanted to make her look sensual, but aesthetic. Last year, I shot her in a sari, so this is in total contrast. She strikes a thinking, dreamy pose, and I have used lighting to match her mood. Normally Bollywood is associated with bright colors. Black and white images are of the bygone eras but I opted for a stark B&W mood in the snapshots is dark but the styling modem.”

Every year, Dabboo starts his preparations in October. Although, he has many interactions with the celebrities for their shots for magazines, movies and portfolios, every year all of them take time out for the calendar. Ratnani says, “The shoot provides the stars a platform to experiment with their looks and styling.” The 2010 calendar includes celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Kajol, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, John Abraham, Sonam Kapoor and Kangna Ranaut.

The celebrities who are making their first appearance in this calendar are Asin, Farhan Akhtar, Genelia D’Souza and Imran Khan. Dabboo does not want to comment on which star is looking the best. He says, “They are all my friends and go out of their way to cooperate. For me they all look hot.” Dabboo Ratnani is not interested in selling his calendar in the market, it is exclusively made for the Bollywood celebrities.

John and Bipasha never ever breakup

There have been many rumors lately about this beautiful couple’s break-up. However, the fact is that John and Bipasha have moved in together. They both did not make any public appearance after the rumor of their break-up. According to the Bollywood gossipers, Bipasha had ended the relation and they were not together anymore. It was also said that the couple has decided to give each other some space and let love take a backseat. After New York, John made no public appearance, while Bipasha was seen alone for the promotions of her movies.

In spite of the rumors, it was found out that John and Bipasha are not only in love but have also moved in together. A close source of Bipasha says, “John is now living with Bips at her Khar residence. Even though the move is not permanent, the two spend a lot of time together. Like any couple, John and Bipasha also have arguments but that does not mean they have split.”
They couple many issues but that has been sorted out. Sometime back, the couple decided to give some space to each other, and that is the reason John did not accompany Bipasha at many events. Bips thought that the relation was becoming stagnant, and she asked John that they should spend some time apart.

When asked Bipasha about their relationship problems, Bipasha Laughed and said, “Guess we are living with each others ghosts day and night then! Thank you for informing me about this ridiculous buzz again. I am not a story and if people are talking, they have nothing else to do and cannot be happy for anyone. People thrive on negativity. Sorry to disappoint all those who are making this the talk of the town. Either I am getting married or breaking up! Amazing! Year after year the same stories.” However, John was unavailable for the comment.

Priyanka and Shahid have split-up again. The couple has even stopped following each other on the community site twitter. The both broke-up before Christmas. Piggy Chops was supposed to start shooting for her upcoming movie Anjaana-Anjaani in New York on January 3, but she decided to leave a week in advance for the shoot. She was trying to run away from the memories.

Previously, Shahid has decided to split. However, he realized that Priyanka meant a lot to him. When they thought they wanted to stay together, somehow things started to go wrong between them, and this time Priyanka decided to end their relationship. The break-up is not harmonious. Priyanka and Shahid have always had a rough relationship, and all their common friends knew that they were going to part their ways. Both the people have different and strong personalities, and are completely different from one another, and that has often created arguments and fights.
A close source to the couple reveals, “They had a huge fight before she left for her New York schedule. Shahid brought up the subject of her co-star Ranbir, which irritated her and things got ugly. Earlier whenever there was a tussle, Priyanka would try to make peace. However, this time she was not in a mood to fix it.” Another reason for the break-up was Priyanka’s friendship with Mubina Rattonsey. The source also said, “After Shahid broke-up with Kareena, he got close to Mubina. It was also believed that she was more than a confidante to him but then things went wrong, and they drifted apart.”

Priyanka Chopra was introduced to Mubina through some close friends and they got along instantly. However, Shahid did not like their friendship. He thought that Mubina would influence Priyanka against him. He asked Priyanka to stay away from her but she did not listen to him. Eventually they started to fight more, rather than enjoying with each other, and Priyanka decided to end it.

After Deepika’s brake-up with Ranbir Kapoor, she is doing a film with Imran called Brake Ke Baad. That is Kunal Kohli’s next movie, he will be producing the film rather than directing. He says, “My director Danish Aslam and I always wanted to call his film Break Ke Baad because it is about a couple Imran and Deepika who break-up and want to come together.”

Earlier the title was registered with someone else. Kunal was unable to locate the legal owners of this title anywhere in Mumbai. Kunal says, “We finally tracked it down to Bangalore to a 60 year old gentleman who deals in electrical goods. He owns a company called Seva Films. He hopes to make films that would change the world. Break Ke Baad is one of the titles he had registered. He loved our idea and gladly parted with the title.”

The most difficult part was to get a permission to shoot in Delhi. Kunal says, “I could write a thesis on what I have gone through to get permission to shoot in Delhi.” However, his problem did not end there. He was also denied the permission to shoot on the Gold Coast. The entire movie is set in Australia and Delhi.

Break Ke Baad will be Kunal’s first film as an independent producer.

This engagement ceremony witnessed many Bollywood celebrities. Imran’s mamu Aamir Khan came with his wife Kiran Rao and his son Junaid, also Reena, Aamir’s ex-wife was present at the function. Aamir’s entire family was present at this occasion to bless Avantika and Imran. The other guests at the party were Kunal Kohli, Kunal Kapoor, Sarika, Karan Johar and Abhay Deol.

According to reports, Sonam Kapoor is in talks with director Anees Bazmee to be cast opposite Akshay Kumar in his next movie, titled Thank You. Akki is a best friend of Anil Kapoor and cannot stop praising Sonam and her acting skills.

A source also revealed that, “Thank You is a romantic comedy and will see Sonam in a totally different role.” Earlier the director was interested in casting Katrina for the role. However, her dates were clashing with her upcoming movie sequel of Dostana. This will not be the first time when Akshay and Sonam are considered together for a role. Sometime ago even Farah Khan was planning to cast Sonam in Tees Maar Khan instead of Katrina.

The movie Thank You will be on the floors by midyear and Sonam will be playing a double role. A close source to Sonam says, “It is a comic caper in true Anees Bazmee style. Sonam has already read the script but is still to make a final decision. At the moment she is in New Zealand shooting for I Hate Luv Storys.” When contacted, Anil Kapoor denied the news of Sonam doing any such movie with Akshay.

Rakesh Roshan’s next movie Kites was scheduled for a release on May 21, but apparently it is facing many problems. According to a source, “this film is Rakesh’s most ambitious project with two versions. The international version, as is common knowledge now, is being edited by Hollywood’s Brett Ratner because Rakesh feels Ratner’s sensibilities will make it suitable for an international palate.”

Rakesh Roshan approaches Raju Hirani for editing the desi version. However, Raj Kumar Hirani declined this offer. Raju turned this offer down because he had prior commitments to travel to Los Angeles, to finalize the script for Ferrari ki Sawari and Munnabhai Chale Amerika.

It is going to be a chat show and the remaining logistics are yet to be discussed. The debut of this beautiful actress is part of a family deal. According to a source, “right from the time they signed Amitabh Bachchan for Bigg Boss, the channel had decided to have Abhishek and Aishwarya as well.”

Aishwarya was unavailable for comment, her spokesperson denied any such news. However, the channel’s spokesperson said, “no comments.”

Katrina to speak in Bhojpuri

Prakash Jha, a bollywood filmmaker launched a TV channel called ‘Morya’ last week. The entire cast of the upcoming movie, ‘Rajneeti‘ was present there along with Bhojpuri stars Ravi Kisan and Manoj Tiwari. Prakash Jha asked Katrina to speak in Bhojpuri. A source said, “Considering that Katrina speaks Hindi with difficulty, she had goose bumps when she was asked to speak in Bhojpuri. However, Prakash gave her three tutors Manoj Tiwari, Ravi Kisan and Manoj Bajpai. Katrina was willing to learn. They could manage to teach her only one line as it was difficult for her to understand.”

Manoj Tiwari confirmed this incident and said, “It was quite funny, Katrina was excited about it, so the three of us coached her to address the crowd with ‘Ka Haal ba Patna’. She diligently wrote it down on paper and mugged it. However, instead of saying ‘Haal ba’ she kept on repeating ‘Halba’ which sounded like ‘Halwa’. Bajpai and Ravi kept pulling her leg. We all were impressed with Katrina’s determination.

Priyanka Chopra has become a part of the NDTV Greenathon initiative, which creates awareness about the environment. Piggy Chops is all set to appear in the animated music video for this initiative. This will be the first time when Priyanka will make an appearance in music video. Shankar Ehsaan and Loy, are composing the music for this video. A source says, “The idea of the video was not to be preachy, and force their views upon others but to be entertaining and light.”

Describing the concept further, the source says, “As the center of the campaign, Priyanka is depicted as being in a surreal space, a polluted, dry, barren landscape. She is in despair, looking for a solution. Just then, she sees a green sapling sprouting out of the cracked earth. She hands it to a little girl, an angel who runs into real world and hands the sapling to a bunch of ordinary, carefree young people.”

When asked Priyanka about her experience she said, “It was quite challenging because I was working with a chroma screen, I had to visualize the positioning of everything in my mind and act it out accordingly. The good part was that the NDTV team had a storyboard in place, which allowed me to visualize what I had to do, more easily. It was a first for me.”

Shahid and Kareena end their Silence

Recently, Shahrukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan hugged and patched up; even Kareena has ended her cold war with Aishwarya. All of this happened at Karan Johar’s birthday party last year. Karan has taken his role as Bollywood Peacemaker to the next level. Last week, Karan played a catalyst, making Shahid and Kareena not only acknowledge each other’s presence, but also strike up a conversation. The patch up took place at Shahrukh’s bungalow, Mannat, where King Khan had his celebration of My Name Is Khan.

A source said, “Shahid and Kareena came face to face, everyone thought they would simply ignore each other like they have done so many times in the past. But this time, Karan happened to be present right there and instead of marching past each other they slowed down for a bit. And the rest, as they say, is history.” They both had a warm exchange and even Saif joined them later. Kareena and Shahid were both unavailable for comments. Kareena’s spokesperson said, “Kareena has no problem with anybody, including Shahid.”

However, things did not work out, and the plan was scrapped. Now, the makers of the next Bond movie have again short listed Frieda’s name. If she agrees to do the film, she will be the first Bollywood actress to be a Bond girl.

Frieda, who suddenly shot to fame with the international movie Slumdog Millionaire, is one of the most famous and sought after Indian actors in Hollywood. Recently, she bagged a movie by Woody Allen, You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger, and she will be paid USD 3 million for the same. Till now, Frieda has appeared on every chat show from Oprah Winfrey, Tyra Banks, Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Show with David Letterman.

Priyanka also got the best actress award for her performance in Fashion, and is eagerly waiting for her next movie with Vishal Bhardwaj. The movie is titled Saat Khoon Maaf, where Priyank has seven husbands.
